Gary
Gary Brend earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa and his Master’s degree from KWU. With an extensive background in non-destructive testing, Gary achieved Level 3 ASNT certification in three disciplines and ran his own calibration service for over 20 years. Expanding his expertise, Gary became a Florida Licensed Mold Assessor and is also a Certified Residential Thermographer and a Florida Licensed Radon Technician. He is a proud member of NORMI (National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors), InterNACHI, and IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association). Gary’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning ensures he stays at the forefront of mold assessment and indoor air quality
Garydi
Garydi graduated from the University of Miami and earned her Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. She followed in her father Gary Brend’s footsteps and has been working in air quality testing for over 12 years, helping thousands of families in Tampa identify and solve air quality issues. Passionate about client education, Garydi empowers her clients with knowledge to prevent mold problems and confidently address issues when they arise. She holds a Florida Mold-Related Services Assessor license and is a Certified Residential Thermographer. As a Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist for over 6 years, Garydi is committed to the highest standards of air quality testing. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she is dedicated to serving a diverse community.
Charlotte
Charlotte has worked in the family business for over 10 years as a Florida licensed mold assessor and is also a Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE). She has been a Certified Residential Thermographer for over 6 years, which means she is qualified to utilize thermal imaging technology on-site. You can be sure that if your problem is not mold, she will give you plenty of suggestions to improve your indoor air quality. She is also fluent in Portuguese. On her days off, she volunteers and on occasion helps on disaster relief projects in the areas of roofing and mold remediation.
Rodrigo
Rodrigo joined the family business after marrying Charlotte, he has eight years of invaluable experience in environmental science and engineering. He specializes in the meticulous investigation of water damage, mold issues, and other contaminants, applying his engineering expertise to understand the structural aspects of houses to determine the sources and potential spread of water damage. Fluent in Portuguese, Rodrigo is deeply committed to sustainable living and actively engages in local community education programs to promote a healthy lifestyle.
